Terms & Conditions

When we do work for you we provide a professional solution to your water proofing needs.

We are authorised installers of the products we use and stand by our workmanship as our suppliers stand by the products we use.

We will invoice you soon after the work is completed and approved by you or your agent.

We expect payment for our work by the 20th of the month following the date of the invioce,or by prior arrangement by management.

You will be called or be sent a friendly reminder if your payment has not been received on time. This will request immediate payment.

If payment is not received within three weeks of our phone call or our invoice date, 5% of the invoice amount will be added each week your payment is overdue.

These payment arrangements will be explained to you at the time we agree to do your work and your acceptance of our quotation includes your acceptance of these payment terms.
